Bare Arms Defense started in 2021. Manufacturing began January of 2022. We wanted to make a higher quality firearm that could still be attainable by novice as wells as the pros. No one would be left out. Owner, Loren Horender owns a retail gun shop, Bare Arms Gyn Shop, LLC, which was opened in 2013; and where the BADL-15s can be found retail.

Late in 2021, Loren brought on Harold Potter Jr, master armorer, to help design and manufacture. Harold is also employed by RemArms in Ilion, NY. Loren and Harold have 20+ years of combined knowledge in the gun industry.
